Cancellation & Refund Policy

• More than 30 days before check-in: full refund less a processing fee.
• 15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking value.
• 7–14 days before check-in: 25% refund of the total booking value.
• Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: no refund.
• Peak season and holidays: stricter conditions may apply.
• Approved refunds: 7–14 working days to the original payment method.
• One change of dates may be allowed with at least 14 days' notice, subject to availability and tariff differences.
